Reception and Goods Inwards Administrator

We are looking for a Receptionist/Administrator to join our Branch in Sallynoggin. The successful candidate will be an integral part of the function, providing efficient and accurate administrative support to the team by taking charge of all Goods Inwards and Reception, addressing any questions or issues that may arise on a day-to-day basis. 

 

Contract: Permanent / Full Time

Hours: Working week Monday to Friday, may be required to take part in the Saturday roster

Location:  

  • Experience in dealing with Goods Inwards for fast-paced environment
  • Previous administration experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent Telephone manner
  • Previous reception / cashier experience in a busy environment
  • Computer literate with proficient knowledge of outlook, word, excel and PowerPoint

Key Responsibilities  

  • Taking responsibility for all Goods inwards by updating all documentation to our system and handing any questions or issues that may arise
  • General office administration speaking on the phone / inputting data online etc.
  • Answering all calls in a professional & efficient manner
  • Dealing with queries or transferring to the relevant department
  • Maintain a clean & tidy reception area
  • Health & Safety Awareness - ensure that Company Health & Safety Regulations are strictly adhered to
  • Building customer relationships
  • Maintain a high customer service standard ensuring all customers are dealt with in an efficient and effective manner
  • Ability to manage and anticipate change
  • Ensure a tidy working environment at all times in line with health and safety guidelines
  • Actively safeguard against theft of company goods or property by being security conscious at all times
  • Ensure all company policies are implemented accordingly
