Key Account Manager – Sitetech – Northern Ireland Sales Area

Principle Objective
The Key Account Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth and managing key accounts within SiteTech across Northern Ireland. This role involves developing long-term relationships with customers, ensuring customer satisfaction, and promoting Sitetech's innovative products.
Knowledge & Experience
- Extensive experience in sales and account management within the construction sector
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing key accounts.
- An understanding of concrete and brickwork accessories and their applications is desirable but not essential as training will be provided
- Familiarity with the Irish construction market, particularly in Northern Ireland.
- Experience in building and maintaining long-term relationships with suppliers and customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and sales targets.
- Manage and grow key accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Provide technical advice and support to customers, leveraging comprehensive product knowledge.
- Work with the broader SiteTech team to identify new business opportunities.
- Ensure efficient nationwide delivery service by coordinating with logistics teams.

Contract Type
- Permanent full time
- Full time 42-hour contract
- Working week Monday to Friday, may be required to take part in the Saturday roster
- Location: Head Office Rathcoole, Dublin
- Sales Area: Covering Northern Ireland region
